The training program consists of a combination of in-house orientation and training, and contracted industry training. Courses offered to our employees include, but are not limited to:

• Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS)
• Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG)
• H2S Alive!

Certificate of Recognition
Since January 1995, HAZCO has been enrolled in the 'Partners in Injury Reduction', a joint program between the Worker's Compensation Board (WCB), Alberta Human Resources and Employment (OH&S), and the Alberta Construction Safety Association. HAZCO has been issued a certificate of recognition ("COR", valid until April 2004). As part of the program, the safety program is audited internally every year, and by an independent third party auditor every three years.
