Waste Tracking and Reporting

HAZCO has been providing waste tracking services to its customers since 1993. This experience and expertise in Waste Tracking can now be applied to assist you with regulatory compliance and Waste Management Planning. We have a system that will provide you with the most cost effective and timely approach available.

HAZCO’s Waste Information Network (WIN) database is designed in response to the importance placed on cradle-to-grave waste management. The database is designed to manage all of our customers' waste management data, from the time a new customer or facility is entered into the system to the time waste is disposed of and invoiced. WIN includes modules for tracking customers’ wastes and all applicable regulatory reports, including AEUB Guide 58 Annual Oilfield Waste Management Disposition Reports.

HAZCO's WIN System Provides the Following:

• Tracking of all Hazardous/Dangerous and Non-Hazardous/Non-Dangerous waste that we handle/dispose of for clients within the Waste Services Business Group. This applies to regularly generated waste such as filters and bone yard wastes, and to remediation waste such as flare pit material that is disposed of off site. Other tracking requirements such as on-site treatment can also be included as directed.

• HAZCO will also track wastes that we do not handle/dispose. This allows for all your waste to be tracked in one central database to meet the current regulatory requirements.

• Annual report preparation and submission (as required), in the designated regulatory formats.

• A variety of reports can be generated that are specific to each location, the type of waste streams, the volume of waste streams, along with information with respect to the ultimate fate of the waste material (Cradle to Grave).
